Next month’s Salon Privé Luxury Supercar Show & Concours d’Elégance is set to be something special after Aston Martin announced they will be bringing along a host of elite sports cars and concept cars. Along with the stunning array of cars they will also be hosting a James Bond style creation ahead of the release of new film Spectre.
The Salon Privé which is now in its 10th year will be held at the beautiful location of Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire. Each year all the best supercar brands bring an array of their latest and classic models to the event for buyers and enthusiasts to see. Aston Martin will be one of the many supercar brands that will have displays of latest, concept and classic cars.
The Aston Martin Vulcan
One of the most exciting supercars that will be on display by the renowned British manufacturers will be the Aston Martin Vulcan – an 800 bhp all-carbon fibre track only car. The Vulcan comes with a naturally-aspirated 7.0-litre V12 petrol engine and can do 0-60mph in less than 3 seconds. To celebrate the upcoming release of the brand new Bond film Spectre, Aston Martin will be displaying the DB10 which will feature in the film. The car on show at Salon Privé has been developed specifically for the film and just ten examples have been built. The design team worked closely with the film’s director, Sam Mendes, to create the ultimate car for the world’s most famous spy.
