In a continued push to increase customer satisfaction and quality of service, Hyundai UK is providing new ‘Star Rating’ evaluations of its authorised dealers.
Initially 18 dealerships will trial the system, and reviews will be submitted online by customers at each local showroom. The feedback comes as a key part of Hyundai’s independent, ongoing Customer Satisfaction surveys, completed by over 60,000 customers each year. This frequent monitoring ensures the accuracy and transparency of the overall ratings.
UK CEO and president Tony Whitehorn places a high importance on this feedback: “We already carry Reevoo ratings alongside all of our products on hyundai.co.uk and now we are introducing a similar system with our dealers.
‘Having access to these types of independent reviews really helps us to improve our customer experience as we are actively helping to provide the type of information that our customers require to make an informed decision - whether buying or owning a car.”
The star rating shown for each dealer will reflect the comments and reviews left by customers over the preceding 90 days. With updates on a daily basis, readers can be certain the information they’re seeing is as up-to-date as possible. The ratings can be found in a prominent position on the dealer website and under the ‘dealer locator’ area of the Hyundai UK website.
After the trial run with the first 18 dealers, the scheme will be rolled out over the full Hyundai UK network by January 2015.
