To supplement the support that motorists receive from all Hyundai dealerships in the UK, the manufacturer has launched an online booking platform for servicing. The facility covers all 178 authorised dealers and repair centres.
Using the new system, drivers can book in for routine maintenance and repairs – with any UK Hyundai dealer – in just five steps. They are given clear dates and time slots to select from, as well as the option of collection or delivery of their vehicle at a similarly convenient time. An email confirmation of the booking is sent through immediately.
The online service uses registration number recognition technology, reducing the amount of information that customers need to fill in. This innovative system saves time and improves the accuracy of vehicle data.
Since the online booking system was launched earlier this month, Hyundai has reported more than 150 bookings. As the service can be used at any time of the day, many motorists are taking advantage by making their appointment outside of their dealership’s opening times.
Hyundai is also offering special servicing packages for older vehicles registered five or more years ago, rewarding loyal drivers with tailored care.
