To mark the magnificent milestone, all official Ferrari dealers in the UK took turns to celebrate with their own events and parades to spread the Ferrari love throughout their towns and cities. Luckily, we got to wave off the final stop of the tour with our very own Charles Hurst Ferrari in Belfast.
One thing all parades had in common is that they were headlined by the star of the Festival of Speed, the LaFerrari Aperta. Starting from the south of the country in July and making stops at major cities throughout the country before finishing off in Belfast last weekend.
On Saturday 12th August, residents and visitors of Belfast were in for a treat as Charles Hurst Ferrari hosted a cavalcade of 70 Ferraris setting off from the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum, Cultra, with a unique opportunity to explore the museum and take a closer look at the array of cars on display. The cars, which were driven by their owners, then made their way through the city’s streets before stopping off at the Titanic Quarter Slipways for some more impressive photo opportunities. The parade finished off at the stunning Hillsborough Castle where the evening celebrations began.
Guests were greeted with a Champagne reception in the Beautiful Garden at the Royal Palace with a chance to explore Hillsborough Castle, followed by an exclusive dining experience by local multi-award-winning Chef, Chris McGowan.
Charles Hurst Ferrari was delighted to be the final UK dealer to host the 70th Anniversary celebrations, topped off by the fantastic customer feedback.
