Service Advisor

Citroën, Belfast

Your Role: To provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner. Leadership management training will be given.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure vehicles completed at time agreed and advising as necessary
  • Provide organisational and administrative support to colleagues
  • To act as a point of reference for knowledge and expertise on technical matters and process
  • Responding positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs
  • Answer customers’ questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood and without excessive technical jargon
  • Liaise with service manager to ensure workshop loading suits diary bookings
  • Produce invoices for completed work and explains the content to customers
  • Ensure service bookings and appointments are managed efficiently

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a customer facing/customer service role
  • Can confidently handle conflicting demands
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A flexible attitude; is willing to go extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maths and English GCSE, grade A*-C, or equivalent
  • Systematic and organised
  • Detail orientated
  • Honest, respectful and diligent
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service skills and outlook
  • A full and valid UK driving licence
