Aftersales Support Advisor

An opportunity has opened up at Charles Hurst Belfast within our newly designed Service Call Centre. The successful candidate will be providing a 1st class customer experience by retaining existing customers and managing our inbound telephone enquiries.

Job responsibilities:

  • Responding positively to customer web enquiries relating to service enquiries
  • Following up of customers, to ensure a flawless customer experience has been received
  • Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promote products
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process so all customer expectations are met and exceeded
  • Processing all appointments accurately

What we’re looking for:

  • Can confidently handle conflicting demands
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills coupled with an enthusiasm to exceed monthly targets
  • Friendly and professional manner with a smart appearance
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Team player
  • Maths and English GCSE, grade A-C, or equivalent
  • Systematic and organised
  • Detail orientated
  • Honest, respectful and diligent
  • Computer literate
  • Strong customer service skills and outlook
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role
