Customer Experience Specialist

The Land Rover Showroom on Boucher Road is one of the most prestigious car outlets in Northern Ireland. Expectations from customers and manufacturer are consistently high, and our operating standards are set accordingly. We are constantly working to raise the customer experience to new levels.

A crucial element is to be consistent in delivering flawless quality in the communication, preparation and execution around the handover of a new or used car to the customer.

Our team of skilled sales executives will remain responsible for connecting with customers, assessing their needs, advising and reaching agreement on the sale. The new position as Customer Experience Specialist gets involved after the point of agreement, and will be responsible for establishing and implementing the highest standards in

-Communicating with the customer between sale agreement and delivery of car

-Scheduling handover of vehicles to customers

-Controlling completeness of finance agreements, paperwork and vehicle preparation in order to guarantee total quality and timeliness of handover

-Personally undertaking a substantial number of the vehicle handovers, giving the customer a full introduction to vehicle features and the dealership

-Collecting data on customers’ profiles and interests in order to secure meaningful and personal follow up through ownership period

-Close cooperation with sales team, hosts, workshop and admin department

The applicant will need to be well organised, and enjoy working as part of a dynamic and fanatically customer focused team. Deep study of vehicle specifications and functionality will be required, and the candidate must be prepared to take on the role as “product genius” when handing highly sophisticated vehicles over to customers.

With both customer and manufacturer expectation levels at an all-time-high, we expect a high calibre applicant for our Customer Experience Specialist position. The remuneration package reflects the first-class level of customer service we aim to achieve - a generous and performance-related package set against ambitious manufacturer and internal customer feedback scoring metrics and objectives.

The position will be eligible for a company car.
