Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Operate Live Chat software and act as the first point of contact to the customer inquiring about a vehicle, product or service online.
  • Professionally, accurately and diligently answer product and service-related customer questions regarding their enquiry

Key Skills and Attributes:

Excellent communication and customer liaison skills

First-class grammar and attention to detail

A minimum of English GCSE grade A-C, or equivalent

Strong IT skills and a confident user of MS Office and the internet

A self-starting, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to learn quickly
