Finance Administrator

Job Role: To provide administrative support to the Sales Managers upon customer applications for Finance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all documents/policies for handover that day
  • Fax documents to finance houses to complete payment
  • Send payment remittances to accounts for paid out deals
  • Manage customer settlements
  • Audit deal files to a compliant standard
  • Manage debts in conjunction with the Business Managers
  • Manage in-house F&I databases
  • Assist with completing handover paperwork face to face with customer

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior administrative experience is essential
  • Experience in the automotive trade would be advantageous
  • Prior experience with finance and administration would be beneficial
  • A minimum of 3 GCSE’S GRADES A-C
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office
  • A thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Smart and professional appearance
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
