Motability Specialist

Your Role: You will tailor your approach to the individual customers’ requirements and offer solutions appropriate to their specific circumstances. You’ll keep in regular contact with our Motability customers managing them even once they have moved on to dealing with our service team, thus building and maintain long term relationships. This will help you to create trust through continuity and ensure customer retention which in turn will enable you to achieve monthly objectives on volume, profitability and maintain first class customer satisfaction results.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and exceeding targets, achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling new vehicles and promoting finance, insurance and accessory products.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded.
  • Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promoting suitable vehicle features and benefits.
  • Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry, new models and recent improvements/ news.

Your Skills, Experience and Attributes:


• Strong negotiating and closing skills

• Enthusiasm to exceed monthly sales targets

• Friendly and professional manner

• Smart personal appearance

• Team-player

• A full and valid UK Driving Licence

  • English and Maths GCSE grade A*- C, or equivalent

• Previous Car Sales Experience is preferred
