Your Role: To generate projected revenue through the sale of new and used vehicles and additional products while achieving optimum customer satisfaction. You will be required to deliver an effective business plan whilst continuing to improve upon customer service and scores. You will be tasked with motivating and directing a sales team to encourage maximum performance. Must have the ability to value cars and go to market with offers and stock.This role would be suited to a Sales Manager with a proven track record of exceptional performance.
Your Main Duties:
To drive the business forward by maximising car sales and profits
To ensure that the sales process is followed at all times in order to maximise sales opportunities
