Handle calls which meet both the minimum contact rates and evaluation standards
Ensure customer and vehicle details are updated accurately and new appointments and bookings inputted both efficiently and timely
Lost calls kept to a minimum
Present a positive image of the company, products and services offered at all times
Provide a friendly, professional and pro-active approach to calls ascertaining customer needs and supplying solutions
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
To keep up to date with all service promotions and ensure that these are presented to the customer both clearly and accurately
