Service Support Advisor

Land Rover Belfast

Job Purpose: Provide a high level of administrative support and assistance to a busy Service Department, with a focus on departmental administration and general duties

Responsibilities include:

Main duties will include internal administration, job pack preparation, and general departmental admin

Excellent phone manner when dealing with customers and partners

Clear and concise written correspondence in both email and letter format

Build relationships with relevant managers and team members in order to effectively support the department

  • Maintaining all relevant files and records in line with company policies
  • Ensuring service bookings and appointments are managed efficiently
  • To provide support to the service advisors on the reception counter as required
  • Follow up calls to customers to gauge customer satisfaction

Key Abilities and Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially on the telephone
  • Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain working relationships with the client base
  • The ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details
  • A minimum of GCSE Maths and English, grade A*- C or equivalent
  • Has an honest, respectful and diligent approach to work with a strong sense of integrity
  • Possess a friendly professional manner
  • Smart appearance at all times
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office
  • Administration experience an advantage
