Showroom Host

Job Role: As the first point-of-contact for customers, the Showroom Host is a key player within the retail unit helping to facilitate a friendly, professional and seamless customer experience. With a high level of attention to detail, you’ll also be a strong communicator who can quickly and accurately manage a variety of customer enquiries and issues.

The core hours of this work for this post will be from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and from 10.00am to 1.00pm Saturday with thirty minutes unpaid lunch break each day.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages customer calls and enquiries professionally, effectively and ensures they are referred to the most suitable individual
  • Handles a high volume of telephone calls with a professional attitude
  • Assists with general duties in the showroom
  • Contributes to a positive working and team environment
  • Operates a busy switchboard efficiently and in a timely manner

  • A polite and helpful manner
  • Immaculately well-presented
  • Confidence to deal with complaints and issues
  • Discrete with sensitive information
  • Has initiative and can self-manage
  • Computer literate inc. Office suite
  • Methodical and organised
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Full and valid Irish or UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role and advantage
