Job Role: As a Trainee Aftersales Consultant you would be responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

You will be given the training, guidance and support required to effectively take on the following tasks and ensure you are a success with Charles Hurst:

  • To consistently achieve daily/weekly and monthly sales targets on selected products.
  • Answering customers’ questions in a manner that is easily understood and does not use excessive technical jargon.
  • Ensuring all databases are completed accurately, maintaining all customer record files and job cards on a daily basis.
  • Keeping customers up to date with changes regarding their vehicles while booking service appointments and collection times.
  • Liaising with the service manager to ensure workshop loading and time available suits diary bookings.
  • Producing and explaining invoices for completed work to customers.
