The Role

  • Full time role working 40 hours a week
  • Reporting to the Aftersales Manager
  • You will also be required to control the parking in and around the site in accordance with current branch standards
  • Meeting and greeting Dealership customers and offering advice on the location of appropriate Dealership services
  • Acknowledges the customer, engages and welcomes the customer using the standard company introduction

The Person

  • You must have a full clean UK driving license
  • We are looking for an individual with the right customer service and organisation skills
  • You must be well presented and have the right 'can do' attitude
  • We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Someone who enjoys dealing with customers and working as part of a team, yet who can also work on their own initiative
  • Present a consistently professional image through attitude, behaviour and personal appearance
  • Appropriate customer handling skills
  • Strong customer service skills
