Car Rental Pick Up
You will be required to provide certain documents/methods of payment at Pick Up.
UK & Republic of Ireland Residents
When choosing to car hire in Northern Ireland you need to bring both parts of your driving licence, along with a Credit/Debit Card or Passport as primary identification. Secondary identification will also be required such as a utility bill - (Power/Gas, Landline telephone, TV Licence, Rates/Water) or letter from HMRC (UK), Revenue Commissioners (RoI). NB- all document(s) must be in the name of the Hirer, at the Hirer's address; and may be no more than 3 months old.
Payment can be made by Credit Card or Debit Card only and can be made by a partner in the event that you cannot be present at the car rental in NI. In certain circumstances a deposit may be requested; however a deposit will not normally be required. No Payment will be taken until Pick Up.
Overseas Residents
When visiting our car rental in Belfast you will need to bring all applicable parts of your driving licence including a credit card for primary identification and passport for secondary identification. Payment to our car hire in NI may be made by Credit Card only. In certain circumstances a deposit may be requested; however a deposit will not normally be required. No payment will be taken until Pick Up.

Car Hire Driving Age
Whether you’re using our car rental or van rental a minimum age of 21 and Maximum of 75 is required, a young driver surcharge is applicable at £10+vat per day (Drivers 21-24). Young drivers may only drive certain models (details on request).
Driving Licence Period for Car Rental
Drivers aged 25-75 must have held a Full Licence for a minimum of 12 months. Drivers aged 21-24 must have held a Full Licence for a minimum of 24 months when using our car hire in Northern Ireland.
Insurance Cover/Excess Provided with Car Hire
Comprehensive cover is provided. An insurance excess of up to £1,000 (depending upon type of vehicle) is payable by the hirer in the event of a claim (see below). In some cases the Insurance excess may be reduced to £NIL on payment of additional waivers available (full details on request).
Car Rental Breakdown Emergency
Assistance details are provided with every rental car; refer to this with any breakdown problems such as a flat tyre or losing the car keys.
Booking Car Hire
No need to give us notice when booking with our car hire as our cars are provided subject to availability. Our minimum car hire period is 24 hours and any additional drivers may be added at a cost of £10+vat per rental.
Fuel and Mileage of Rental Car
Vehicles are supplied (and must be returned) with a full tank of fuel. Shortages will be charged to the hirer's credit/debit card upon return (at £2+vat per litre). Unlimited mileage, up to 28days car rental (bespoke mileage arrangements thereafter).
Travelling Abroad in The Rental Car
If you are looking at travelling abroad then no need to worry about any additional requirements as you can take the car out of the country.
Delivery & Collection of The Car Rental
Available upon request (Home, Business, and Airports).
Airport Collection & Drop Off of Hire Car
Available upon request, both local airports are serviced from our Head Office.
Child Seats with Car Rental
Child seats and Booster seats are available upon request.
Returning The Car Rental
The vehicle can be dropped off out of hours upon request and on return you do not need to clean the car.
