Charles Hurst awarded with Toyota Challenge Cup

Charles Hurst Toyota are proud to announce that we have been awarded the inaugural Toyota Challenge Cup. The cup has been awarded in recognition of the teams outstanding level of customer service as well as our genuine Toyota parts sales to trade customers in Northern Ireland, this is the first time that the Toyota challenge cup has been awarded to a Toyota trade centre after it was introduced at by the manufacturer at the end of last year.
The ‘Campaign Challenge Cup’ was created by Toyota to reward the best performing Trade Centre across the UK at the end of each quarter. The Charles Hurst Toyota team in Belfast were presented with the first ever Challenge cup as well as vouchers.
David Carrick, Charles Hurst Toyota parts manager said “We’re delighted to be the first team to receive the Toyota Challenge Cup. Our people and the service they offer to our customers is the most important aspect of our business, so to be recognised for this is a great achievement. Feedback from our customers has been very positive and we are currently trading second in the UK for this quarter so we have our sights set on retaining the title for a while.”
Charles Hurst are currently number one in the ‘Toyota First’ programme, which recognises the top performing trade centre’s supplying genuine Toyota parts to garages and repairs centres across the UK. Toyota GB Operations Manager stated: “Each quarter Toyota launches a new trade parts campaign full of great offers on Toyota genuine parts at competitive prices which are then supplied via their national network of 108 trade centres. This award recognises the great work the trade teams do in terms of customer service and sales campaigns.”
