Aston Martin is joining the fray for the new Gran Turismo 6 videogame, revealing a new DP-100 Vision Gran Turismo concept that will be included for virtual drivers to enjoy. The model has been digitally created and engineered in-house by the manufacturer, with the development team led by design head Marek Reichman. He's the man responsible for the eye-catching, athletic and elegant styles of the Aston Martin Vanquish, One-77 and Rapide.
Few details on the virtual concept have been given away for the time being, with preview videos and images showing enough to excite yet not spoil fans. It sports narrow, aggressive LED headlights, muscular front wheel arches and a mid-mounted engine beneath a transparent cover. A short video clip of the DP-100 Vision also reveals the C-shaped rear lights, distinctive wheel shape and the low, wide road stance.
The car is a virtual-only build, with no current plans by Aston Martin to create it as a real vehicle.
