Dacia produces a Romania-exclusive 10th anniversary Logan
27th June 2014
For the 10th anniversary of the Dacia Logan in the brand’s home territory of Romania, a special celebratory version of the MPV is being produced.
It’s marked out by the restyled headlights and rear lights, special anniversary badging and a different front bumper style. On the inside, ‘Logan 10 Years’ is embossed on the side sills, bespoke upholstery drapes the seats and a leather-covered steering wheel is an additional choice. 1.2-litre and 1.5-litre engine options are available, both at 75bhp.
The version of the Logan available in the UK claims a generous amount of interior space and confident, reliable performance. It’s part of a ‘shockingly affordable’ line-up promoted by the manufacturer, which has already been successful enough to sell 25,000 units in only 18 months. A split folding rear seat creates as much as 1,518 litres of room for luggage, and the diesel engine option produces up to 74.3mpg in combined fuel economy while emitting only 99g/km of CO2.
Production of the Romania-specific Logan 10th anniversary model is capped at 2,000 vehicles.
