The Dacia Lodgy Stepway confirmed for the Paris Motor Show

9th September 2014

Few details are available on the model, to preserve the suspense and excitement until the event begins in October. However, the original Dacia Lodgy MPV should extend its robust looks, spacious interior and powerful engine range to the Stepway version.

The Lodgy acts as a new-generation Dacia, with a redesigned interior that pays close attention to ergonomics. The intuitive arrangement and quality finish create an atmosphere that drivers can settle into comfortably. It also has an unusual amount of energy and ability for a people carrier, and was entered in the Trophée Andros ice racing championship no less than three times.

Dacia does not currently offer the Lodgy MPV in the UK, providing the Duster, Sandero and Logan MCV in its place. The model was part of the manufacturer’s original plans here, yet did not make the final line-up. In France, the Lodgy comes with daytime running lights, black roof bars, numerous interior storage spaces and an extensive list of safety equipment as standard.

There is as yet no word on whether the new Lodgy Stepway will make a debut here.
