Charger discount terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the installation cost discount I.M. NEV MOTOR DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED t/a GWM ORA UK is offering eligible customers (“Promotion”).

You will be entitled to £1,000 off the cost of an Ohme Home Pro home wallbox charging unit (“Wallbox”) installed by Octopus Energy Group (“Octopus”), subject to the terms and conditions below.

The Promotion is only available at the point of vehicle order, to customers who order and register the ORA Funky Cat between 1st April 2023 and 30th June 2023.

In order to qualify for the Promotion, you will need to meet all the following conditions (collectively referred to as the ‘Eligibility Criteria’):

• Be a resident of England, Wales or Scotland.
• Order and register the ORA Funky Cat between 1st April 2023 and 30th June 2023.
• Accurately complete Octopus’ application process in full.
• Accept Octopus’ Terms and Conditions for the installation of EV chargepoints
• Be the registered keeper of the vehicle.
• Be the person purchasing or financing (as applicable) the vehicle.
• Qualify for a standard installation of the Wallbox. If you are not eligible for standard installation you may be liable for extra installation charges which Octopus will discuss with you during the application process. Eligibility for standard installation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographical location.
• Ensure the address on your vehicle order form matches the installation address provided to Octopus.

GWM ORA UK will share personal information with Octopus for the purpose of verifying ownership of the vehicle. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with GWM ORA UK and Octopus’ Privacy Policies. Only one Wallbox per vehicle is permitted per customer, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Your Ohme Wallbox comes with a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer. Octopus will assign the benefit of this warranty to you upon completion of the Wallbox installation and will provide you with details on how to claim it. After Octopus has completed the installation of your Wallbox, you will be responsible for maintaining it to ensure that it continues to operate in good working order. If you are entitled to and exercise your right to cancel or withdraw from the order to purchase or finance (as applicable) your ORA Funky Cat vehicle you will no longer be entitled to receive the Wallbox and if such Wallbox has already been installed, we will be entitled to remove it from your premises. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, GWM ORA UK or Octopus may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Promotion. GWM ORA UK and Octopus reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Promotion at any time. There is no cash or credit alternative to the Promotion and it is non-transferable and non-negotiable. If, for any reason, a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs, GWM ORA UK and Octopus do not take any responsibility for your resulting inability to participate in this Promotion.

Octopus Electroverse voucher terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Octopus Electroverse voucher offer I.M. NEV MOTOR DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED t/a GWM ORA UK is offering eligible customers (“Electroverse Promotion”). The Electroverse Promotion is only available to customers who have purchased and registered an ORA Funky Cat between 1st April 2023 and 30th June 2023.. Customers must be a UK resident. The Electroverse Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Customers will receive a single use voucher code for £1,000 Electroverse credit from GWM ORA UK once their vehicle has been delivered. To redeem the voucher, this code should be entered in the Octopus Electroverse app when setting up your account or in app once set up via the “Redeem a code” option. Customers must redeem their voucher code before 31/12/2023.
