Owners of the Kia Venga have helped the model land the coveted Best Small MPV title at the 2014 What Car? JD Power survey, which gauges the satisfaction of motorists with their vehicles.
On the areas the Venga excelled in, What Car? editor Jim Holder commented: "The Kia Venga was rated for its spacious cabin, easy access, flexible seating options as well its driveability and visibility, all equally important for a small MPV. The survey also highlighted positive dealer experiences."
The Venga wasn't Kia's only triumph, as the brand rose through the manufacturer rankings to secure 9th place, up from 15th in 2013. Each Kia model included in the survey scored better than last year, and the carmaker's best seller, the Sportage crossover, jumped two places to 11th with superb reliability and running costs.
The South Korean automaker's commitment to further advancement is clear, with Kia Motors UK president and CEO Paul Philpott commenting: "With significant investments being made by our dealer network, our great value Care-3 all-inclusive servicing plans and, of course, our industry leading seven year warranty, we aim to continue providing 'Family Like Care' to customers across the country."
