Charles Hurst Land Rover Awarded 'Land Rover Aftersales Retailer of the Year 2017'

Charles Hurst Land Rover Belfast has been awarded the coveted title of Land Rover Aftersales Retailer of the Year 2017 after consistently exceeding customer expectations.

The Charles Hurst Boucher Road dealership was singled out by Jaguar Land Rover UK for its skilled expertise and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

The award comes at a key time in Charles Hurst Land Rover’s history as it approaches the final phase of the build of its brand new £8m Jaguar Land Rover showroom, which is expected to open in a matter of weeks.

Its design is in keeping with Jaguar Land Rover’s dual brand ‘Arch’ concept that is currently being rolled out globally.The retail unit will be split into two main areas; a luxurious showroom for both brands and an aftersales area that will feature an innovative new high-tech drive-in service centre. This will be the first Jaguar Land Rover dual brand retail unit in Northern Ireland and will sit alongside Charles Hurst's main motor trade retail site on the Boucher Road, which hosts more than a dozen franchises.

Maintaining strong customer relationships through its aftersales expertise has been a focus for Charles Hurst Land Rover Belfast as it looks to make a seamless move to its new home.
