*A customer who orders a used or nearly-new Toyota plug-in hybrid or electric vehicles by 31st December 2024, has the option subject to the following terms and conditions to accept the following offer on a home charger. The offer is for complimentary standard installation of a Weev wallbox only.
In these terms and conditions, “We”, “Us, or “Our” means Charles Hurst Limited (Company No. NI004882) registered in Northern Ireland with its registered office at 62 Boucher Road, Belfast, County Antrim, BT12 6LR and "You", "Your" or “Yourself” means the customer.
This offer as governed by these terms and conditions, means that Your Toyota HomeCharge with standard installation will be free of charge.
The offer is limited to used or nearly-new Toyota plug-in hybrid or electric vehicles sold by 31st December 2024.
Weev is our appointed sole supplier and installer for this home charger offer. Weev.ie are an Appointed Representative of Wessex Fleet Solutions Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Wessex Fleet Solutions Limited reference number is 671619.
For this offer to be valid, the home charger must be ordered from Weev via Charles Hurst Toyota at the time of purchasing your vehicle. Please request the offer at the time of purchase and Charles Hurst Toyota will assist you in placing your order.
By submitting the Weev application form and/or accepting a Weev home charger installation, you confirm that you have read, agree with and comply with these terms and conditions and Weev terms and conditions, without exception.
To participate in this offer:
You must be a resident in Northern Ireland.
You must confirm that the installation address specified on the Weev application form is a residential address and that you live at the property. If you are not the owner of the property you must have the consent of the owner or landlord for the Weev home charger to be installed.
You must confirm that there is a garage or other suitable private off street parking within your premises, allowing you to charge your vehicle safely without creating a trip or other health and safety risk to yourself or any other party, with modern household electrics as we will not be responsible and you accept all liability.
The Weev home charger offer applies only to the supply and installation of a 7kw single phase Weev residential charge point, with standard domestic installation costs.
Standard installation costs are limited to Survey, Distribution Network Operator (DNO) and OZEV management; 10m of surface mounted cabling from the consumer unit to the charge point; safety components eg RCD, MCB; PME earthing device; Load management as required.
The home charger offer is made subject to availability and on the assumption that the correct electrical connections and protections are available on the property, and that no civil works or electrical remedial works are required. Installation is carried out in accordance with BS7671 18th edition wiring regulations, IET Code of Practice for Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment Installation 2nd.
If you are not eligible for standard installation, you may be liable for additional installation charges.
If you are entitled to and exercise your right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase your vehicle, you will no longer be entitled to participate in this offer. If your home charger has already been installed, we shall be entitled at our discretion to remove it or levy a charge for the home charger and associated costs.
It is your responsibility to ensure all required third party permissions are sought in relation to the installation of the home charger at your address. Weev may request proof of such consents prior to the installation of the home charger.
We will not be liable for any costs resulting from the use of the home charger, including but not limited to the maintenance and repair of the home charger and associated running costs.
Upon payment for the installation of the home charger, we shall be deemed to have fully discharged all of our obligations arising, pursuant to these terms and conditions, and you are referred to Weev for all matters relating to the home charger arising thereafter.
The terms of the offer may be amended and/or withdrawn by us, at any time, without prior notice.
The Weev home charger may be substituted with another wallbox. In this event, the customer may withdraw from the wallbox purchase.
There is no cash or credit alternative to the offer and it is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
