Our team will send you a personalised video or additional photographs of the vehicle you are interested in.
We can arrange a video call to discuss the vehicle, or to discuss your part exchange if appropriate.
We can now facilitate unaccompanied test drives (insurance T&Cs will apply - please speak to our team about this), our vehicles will be cleaned before and after each test drive and PPE will be available should you wish.
We will complete all necessary paperwork securely online with everything being signed electronically to confirm the sale.
Our valeting team will fully clean and treat your new vehicle with an antibacterial treatment called GardX Kleenair. Once the treatment has been applied, the vehicle driver door will be sealed.
If we arrange a showroom collection – your new vehicle will be parked in a dedicated handover bay outside the showroom, where we can complete your contactless vehicle handover and key collection. Our team will adhere to all social distancing guidelines.
If we can arrange a home delivery – the delivery driver will re-clean the vehicle’s key touchpoints when they deliver the car for your peace of mind. The driver will also adhere to all social distancing guidelines when handing over the keys.
After you have taken delivery of your new car, we can offer a video call to answer any questions you might have and talk through the vehicle equipment and technology.
