We had absolutely fantastic service from start to finish at Toyota Newtownabbey. It was our first time looking at Toyotas and we were a bit nervous about moving to a brand we didn’t have experience with, but Lauren was so knowledgeable and approachable that she immediately put us at ease. We explained what we needed in a car due to some special circumstances and she listened to our needs & concerns sincerely and knew exactly what to recommend! She suggested the CHR+, which turned out to be the perfect choice for us. No question was ever too small — even after buying the car, no question was ever too silly — she was still happy to help. We can’t recommend Toyota Newtownabbey highly enough. The cars are excellent, but it’s the outstanding service that will bring us back. Thank you, Lauren!

Very unprofessional and not to be trusted. I placed a deposit on a LC500, sales person Carl rang me told me about car and acknowledged the deposit. Within a few hours without any warning, they sold the car to another customer! I’ve bought many cars from dealers and never seen this from a big name dealership just little dodgy dealers! Well not much difference here, avoid!

Our car had an electrical fault meaning the car lost all power and could not be started, the first time this happened it suddenly came back to life after about 15 minutes. We booked the car into the garage and before the date this happened again, the car went into the garage for 3 days and they could not find the fault. One mouth later the cars power failed again this time we called the RAC out to be told the problem was a loose battery connection and it was slightly corroded. Unbelievably the garage had not checked the battery when questioned about this, there reason was the computer didn't tell them to? And when I said that checking the battery should have been the first thing they had done with an electrical fault I was told why hadn't I.
