I first visited charles hurst newtownards back at Christmas and was greated by Boyd, i told him the list of things id like in my car and didnt like in a car, i was asked the question "would i consider a mild Hybrid" and off i went for a test drive, i did test drive other vehicles at other places to i figured out what i wanted and after 3 months i returned to be greated by Ryan who was friendly, very helpful if there was something he didnt know he found out my answers, made videos of the cars i had looked at pointing out each car unique extras which i had missed when i was there and sent them to me which i found helpful and was able to look back over them in my own time. I arranged a test drive the next day and at that point chose the car i liked driving best which was different to the one i liked that little bit more the day before and picked it up 2 days later, thank you for all your help :-)

Extremely disappointing experience with Audi South Dublin I bought a car from them in 2023 and had been a loyal customer for three years. When I recently decided to change my car, the level of customer service I received was shocking. The management team was dismissive, unprofessional, and extremely judgmental, seemingly forming opinions about customers based on appearance rather than treating them with respect. Promises that were made earlier were not honoured, which completely broke my trust. Instead of valuing a returning customer, I was treated as if my business did not matter at all. The management team came across as picky, condescending, and frankly disrespectful, making the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. After this horrible experience, I decided not to purchase another vehicle from them. I will also actively advise friends and colleagues to avoid this dealership. It is disappointing that a premium brand like Audi is represented by a dealership that treats loyal customers this way. Respect and honesty should be the minimum expectation, but sadly that was not the case here.
