I have been to the showroom 3 times now while looking for a new car, it's our first EV so we wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision before ordering. We have met Michael, Irwin and Victoria when we have been at the showroom, we have done a test drive on the seal and the Sealion 7, the staff were very friendly, Informative and nothing seemed too much trouble.we have now ordered through a salary sacrifice leasing scheme, we did expect to be treated differently as we were not buying direct from the sales staff but we felt we still received the same level of customer service as someone who would be buying directly.
