A range of finely crafted exterior features identify the Bentayga A, from the ‘A’ badges gleaming on the front doors to its polished chrome, vertical-vaned front grille. It’s 21” five twin-spoke wheels feature a new finish, pairing bright machined faces with grey-painted pockets between the spokes, for incredible visual depth.
On opening the doors, you will step over treadplates inscribed with the ‘A’ emblem, into a cabin where the sense of handcrafted luxury is heightened further still. The seats are upholstered with finely crafted, fluted leather, with the option to upgrade it to Bentley’s luxury-focused Harmony Diamond Quilting. The Colour Specification is included as standard, allowing you to choose from the entire range of Bentley hide, carpet and stitching colours.
And with contrast stitching included as standard, you can add an eye-catching accent colour to the upholstery, for extra definition throughout the cabin. Sustainable materials have been used where possible, from the low lacquer, open-pore finish on the Crown Cut Walnut veneers, to the recycled Nylon carpets and wool used to make the deep pile overmats. With an ‘A’ badge on the fascia and ‘A’ embroidery on each seat, the car’s elevated status is never in doubt. Even the new driver’s information panel graphics reflect its luxurious character.

The new driver assistance systems in the Bentayga include Intelligent Park Assist, which identifies suitable parking spaces and assists with the manoeuvre. If the space is tight, you can use the My Bentley app on your smartphone to park. The 3D Surround View uses input from the car’s cameras to provide a real-time 3D view of your surroundings, while the Manoeuvre Assist feature alerts you to potential bumps or scrapes and can apply the brakes to prevent collisions. Additionally, the Bentayga offers Trailer Assist, which allows you to control the steering using a touchscreen while reversing with a trailer. Just operate the accelerator and brakes.
Realise Your Vision
There are seven standard exterior colours to choose from – but that is just the beginning. The optional extended range increases your choice to around 60 colours, with further options also available in the form of duo-tone combinations and Mulliner Paints.
The optional Blackline Specification turns all the exterior brightware black, for a darker aesthetic, while the Styling Specification adds a carbon fibre body kit, for a more sports-inspired look.
Inside, the Colour Specification is installed as standard. This means you can choose from Bentley’s entire range of hide colours, carpet colours and upholstery colour schemes. Your leather hides can be complemented with your choice of stitching, piping or custom embroidery and you can choose from a range of open-pore veneers.
Even the technology available in the car presents you with options to make it your own. In addition to the Bentley Signature Audio system, the 16-speaker Bang and Olufsen for Bentley sound system is available as an optional upgrade, complete with its stunning illuminated speaker grilles, as is the 20-speaker Naim for Bentley system, for the ultimate in audiophile sound.
