Vehicle ownership remains with finance provider, RCI Finance, until all payments due under the contract are made. At the end of the contract you will have three options i. return the vehicle and part exchange any equity to purchase a new vehicle, ii. return the vehicle and make no further payments (subject to applicable excess mileage and exceptional wear and tear charges), iii. Make the optional final payment and own the vehicle outright. Contract mileage of 6000 miles per annum to 24000 miles over the term of contract. Excess mileage charged at 8 per mile. Manufacturer’s servicing and maintenance requirements to be fully met. Vehicle condition subject to fair wear and tear. Where the vehicle is returned under option ii. vehicle condition, excess mileage and missed servicing/maintenance charges may apply.
