I was spoken to shortly after arriving in the showroom, but then left to browse the stock on display. In my dealings with Paul, there was no fuss, but nonetheless sufficient attention to the necessary detail. Everything went as planned in terms of test rides, bike handover, etc. Overall it was a very easy and pleasant buying experience and I am very pleased with the S1000XR I purchased which was available from stock.
