This was the supplying dealership for a new lease van. They failed to deliver my vehicle on the day that was arranged and then offered a limp excuse as to why they did not turn up. A seal at the back doors is falling off as it was not fitted correctly by the manufacturer and I called into the dealership to ask them to have a look however they where too busy to give me a few seconds of their time. Not sure if this is the normal for Toyota as I usually purchase from Audi, Alfa etc. Would not use again.
