About 3-4 weeks ago, I called at the temporary office at Mallusk to order a small bottle of touch -up paint. Details were taken, and I was told that someone would ring within 1-2 days when it came in. Noone rang me. No message. Last week I rang and went over the saga and was assured that someone would contact me regarding the order of paint. Noone rang me. No message. I rang again today, 10th June. It took three calls to get through eventually at 1.45. The person told me that the person to whom I needed to speak was with a customer, and they would get them to ring me when they finished with them. Now 5pm Noone rang me. No message. What do I need to do to get a simple bottle of touch-up?? Staff are lovely on a one to one in the office, but this has been diabolical. Paul 12th June - I see the reply below. I HAVE contacted the complaints department. Why has my issue of noone contacting me regarding a tiny bottle of touch-up paint not elicited a call to say that either the tiny bottle of touch-up paint is in, and I can collect it, or the tiny bottle of touch-up paint is not in stock. Yet again, NOONE RANG ME AND NO MESSAGE RE GETTING THE TINY BOTTLE OF TOUCH-UP PAINT This whole episode is unbelievable. If I could give you 0 stars I would!!!! 13th June. Samuel rang me this morning to apologise, saying that they had messed up, and to say that the paint was ready for collection. A belated thank you.
