Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to come in to make a payment? We take a range of payment methods. Deposits and orders can be taken over the phone. However, the maximum amount we can take via a phone-call is £1000 pounds. The team are always on standby to assist with payment methods.
What happens if I don’t make all the payments? The Motorcycle cant be collected until all payments are made. You will not own the motorbike until all payments are made.
Why is safety equipment important for riding an MX bike off-road? Safety equipment is crucial for protecting riders from potential injuries during off-road motocross (MX) riding. It helps reduce the risk of accidents and provides essential protection in case of falls or collisions.
What if the vehicle I had ordered can no longer be supplied? In the circumstances that the bike initially ordered can no longer be supplied, we will supply a full refund to the customer.

Can I use my MX bike on the road with the safety equipment on? It is not recommended to use an MX bike on public roads. MX bikes are designed for off-road use and may not meet legal requirements for on-road use. To ride a motorcycle legally on the road in the UK, you must hold a valid motorcycle licence. The specific type of licence you need depends on the size and power of the motorcycle you intend to ride. The minimum age to ride a motorcycle on the road depends on the category of licence and the type of motorcycle, for an A1 licence you must be at least 17 years old, & 3rd party insurance in place as minimum level required to ride on a UK road.
How many partial payments can I make and Can my partial payments be refunded? The customer can make up to 12 partial payments before final purchase of the vehicle, or before offer deadline of 13/12/24. If a customer wanted to withdraw from purchasing partial payments can be refunded until closing offer date of 13/12/24.
Can I get my motorcycle delivered? Yes. We can deliver to anywhere in Northern Ireland for a a delivery charge dependent on location. Contact our sales team on 02890 383 552 for more information.
