Not great at all!

Extremely poor customer service from Charles Hurst Dacia Mallusk. Bought a Dacia Jogger a year ago.....recently kept cutting out at speed. Left it in to be checked and was told there was nothing wrong. Continued to happen and left it in again - now there was a problem but only their Master Engineer could look at it. So left it in a third time to be repaired. 5 days later (7 if I include the other two days I was carless while they "checked it") they are no further forward and are refusing to give me a car in the meantime despite it being unusable and they have no estimated repair date. Spoke with two men on the phone who were dismissive and unsympathetic and a manager was too busy to talk to me. Hard to believe that a huge Charles Hurst Group wouldn't be able to help me out. Very disappointing.

Dann haben Sie noch mit einer Werkstatt telefoniert, um für mich ein weiteres Ersatzteil für meine defekte Wasserkühlung zu organisieren. Top Service und klare Empfehlung!

PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BUYING FROM CHARLES HURST!!! There is a reason this place has so many 1 star reviews. I purchased my car in April for £21,500 (so not a cheap car). Since then they have had the car for over 7 weeks to do a repair which took a day. I have since had more problems, i offered to purchase the parts and get them fitted locally because I couldnt be another 7 weeks with no car. I was told they would refund me the £1,000 I paid for parts and after weeks of emails they still haven't processed the payment because "our finance department are under staffed" what a joke!!

Service OK. They nearly got the car washed right this time. I took out new service plan and it was wrong car details, I returned to Mallusk next day. I'm still waiting for it to be sorted out. I was unable to cancel the direct debit as only Hurst could cancel. I'm still waiting to hear from Hurst Nissan Mallusk. So not happy. I know people can make mistakes but feel I should have been keep in the loop. Was told by the young lady I'd be CC in the emails. Not received one email. Can somebody let me know if it is sorted yet. I hope the £25.99 isn't taken from my account for the wrong car (YD21WEP). Awaiting someone to get back to me. This survey was done and returned to you on Monday 18th August 26 @ 17:40hr.
