10 Day Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The 10 Day Price Guarantee applies to used vehicles purchased from Charles Hurst Motor Group, aged between 0 and 12 months at the time of sale.

2. What the Guarantee Covers:
If you find the same vehicle (make, model, age, specification, mileage, and condition) at a lower price from a qualifying NI Franchised Retailer within 10 days of your purchase, we will refund the price difference.

3. Qualifying Comparisons Must:
• Be from a VAT-registered, franchised NI car dealer (not private sellers or auctions) 
• Include all applicable fees (vehicle price, admin charges, delivery costs, etc.) 
• Be available for immediate purchase (i.e., in physical stock at time of comparison) 
• Be publicly advertised and verifiable by Lookers at the time of claim

4. Exclusions:
Applies only to used vehicles aged 0–12 months at the time of purchase:
• Vehicles outside the 0–12 month age range 
• Non-franchised dealers, private sellers, or auction houses 
• Special promotions, limited-time offers, or trade-in incentives 
• Vehicles with different specifications, history, mileage, or condition
• Retailers outside of the Northern Ireland Certain brands including Aston Martin, Bentley, Masserati, Lotus, Ferrari and Jaguar Land Rover

5. How to Claim:
Submit your claim in writing to transparentpricing@lookers.co.uk including:
• A copy of your Lookers purchase invoice 
• A screenshot or link to the advertised lower price 
• Contact details of the competing retailer
• Claim must be made within 10 calendar days of your vehicle purchase date

6. Refund Process:
If your claim is approved, Lookers will refund the price difference within 14 days via the original payment method.

7. Lookers’ Final Decision:
All claims are subject to verification. Lookers reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above criteria or appears fraudulent. The company’s decision is final.
