The spindle body, long bonnet and large 21" wheels* give the RX a commanding presence. This is complemented by the signature grille, flanked by triple LED headlights. A coupé-like roofline and black rear pillar create a distinctive profile, while the long wheelbase and sculpted lines add further dynamism.

The Lexus Signature Look

At the rear, the single-line Lexus signature light enhances the RX’s wide stance, while the LEXUS badge creates a clean, confident finish.

Wheels

On premium grades, a 19” five-spoke wheel in dark grey metallic with machined details underlines the RX’s dynamic character. Premium Plus models feature a dark grey metallic finish on the 21" 20-spoke wheel.

RX F Sport Performance

Raising the RX’s sporty credentials, the RX 500h turbocharged Hybrid features distinctive front grille detailing, side skirts and aerodynamic front and rear bumpers. The look is completed by 21" matt black 10-spoke wheels with matching front brake callipers.

The RX offers generous luggage capacity alongside five luxurious seats with ample legroom. A low loading height improves ease of access, while the luggage compartment length allows for bulkier items. The 40:20:40 split rear seats also accommodate longer loads such as skis.

Opening the driver’s door reveals a personalised welcome as the instruments display the RX silhouette. Pressing the brake pedal activates the gently pulsating Power button, bringing the cabin to life with animated graphics. The Head-Up Display* and 14" screen then guide your focus forward. 

Digital Panoramic View Monitor

For easier manoeuvring in tight spaces, the Digital Panoramic View Monitor provides a live 360° view around and beneath the vehicle. A 3D image of the RX is displayed from above, with on-screen guides to assist precise parking. 

Kick Sensor Power Tailgate*

The fast, responsive remote-controlled tailgate adds everyday convenience. With the key on your person, simply place your foot beneath the rear bumper to open or close the tailgate hands-free.

The Lexus Link+ app enhances the Omotenashi experience with features including Driving Analytics, Find My Car, eCare service management and clear explanations of warning lights.

3rd Generation Lexus Safety System+

Every RX is equipped with the latest third generation Lexus Safety System+, featuring upgraded sensors and functions for enhanced accident risk detection. Systems include Driver Monitor and Proactive Driving Assist.

Pre-Collision System

Capable of detecting motorcycles during daytime, the Pre-Collision System helps avoid a wider range of potential impacts. It can also recognise oncoming traffic or pedestrians at junctions, supported by Emergency Steering Assist.

Dynamic Radar Cruise Control

Using millimetre-wave radar and a camera, this system maintains a safe distance from the vehicle ahead. It also responds smoothly to vehicles cutting in and works with Lane Trace Assist to follow natural cornering lines. 

Extended Safety Package

In addition to Lexus Safety System+, the RX includes an Extended Safety Package as standard. This features Lane Change Assistance and Front Cross Traffic Alert, using radar to detect approaching vehicles.

Safe Exit Assist

Linked to the Blind Spot Monitor, Safe Exit Assist helps prevent doors opening if vehicles or cyclists are approaching from behind.

The RX is available as a Plug-in Hybrid, Self-Charging Hybrid or Turbo Hybrid, all of which boast efficient performance. There is no need to plug-in the RX Self-Charging Hybrid. Our Plug-in Hybrid has a pure-electric range of up to 42 miles* when it has been charged, switching to our Self-Charging Hybrid technology when the battery runs low.
