Once you have attended your service or MOT you can submit a claim in two easy steps:

1) Complete the claim form found on www.lookersrewards.co.uk/dash-dine 
2) Upload an image of your service invoice, to support your claim

Please make sure your invoice clearly shows the date of the service or MOT, your vehicle registration and your invoice number.

All claims must be submitted before midnight on 14th June 2021.
