Charles Hurst has been recognised as the top large motor retail group for customer care and service provision in Northern Ireland by Motability UK for the third successive year.
Northern Ireland’s largest car retailer provides Motability customers with access to eleven different franchises across seven locations, supported by eighty staff members who specialise in the successful delivery of the scheme.
The Motability Scheme, which provides worry-free motoring to those in receipt of Personal Independence Payment, undertakes extensive customer feedback throughout its affiliated dealerships across the UK in determining the results.

Colin was presented with the award by Donna Wilson, Dealer Development Manager, Motability UK and Peter Wilson, General Manager, Dealer Relations, Motability UK as team members across the company were also recognised for their dedication at an event at Charles Hurst’s Head Office, Boucher Road, Belfast.
