Lewis was a great help choosing a new rear tyre for my motorbike, service was really quick and by the time we had a walk to the Porsche showroom it was ready to collect. I had said about the tube needed replaced as there was a leak I had temporarily fixed, disappointed to find when I got home the same tube installed and then not surprised to find the tyre flat the next day but managed to fix it myself again. Only other thing being the threads seems to be well and truly screwed on the valve stem and my nice Ali valve cap missing with a lovely dog chewed plastic one in its place 😕. So Lewis was 5* but tyre fitter was maybe high or something.. the tyre needs to hold air, basics..

5 Stars – Excellent Experience I recently purchased a Toyota Yaris Hybrid from Toyota Charles Hurst and had a fantastic experience. Josh was welcoming and extremely patient, taking the time to clearly explain the different options available on the market. His approach made the whole process stress-free. The service was first class and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The receptionist was also very friendly, made us feel genuinely welcome, and even offered us coffee – a lovely touch that made the experience even better. Overall, a great buying experience. Highly recommended!

We usually find choosing a car very daunting as my husband is disabled but at Kia Belfast we were approached by Sean who was very helpful and spent time with us and was attentive to my husbands needs. We were not rushed and Sean explained and dealt with the paperwork. We took a test drive and were offered refreshments while Sean sorted our order. Even when we were at home Sean kept in touch with us. Collecting the car was also a pleasant experience and we were shown around the car and were offered help with phone connection and setting things up by another helpful staff member called Loyd.
