Technology

The Niro features a hybrid utility vehicle specified cluster  to create a high-tech image and display environmentally friendly information to help you go further. Explore an array of controls and displays designed to help you stay focused on the road ahead.

Safety

A radar sensor behind the grille measures the distance to the vehicle ahead, and automatically maintains a safe distance by controlling speed, up to the speed set by the driver even if the driver does not accelerate or brake. Evaluating both camera and radar data, Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) can detect a potential collision with a vehicle, pedestrian or obstacle, warn you and even apply maximum braking power to stop the vehicle or minimise damage. Available as a standard feature on the 'First Edition'.

The Lane Keep Assist System is designed to alert the driver that the vehicle is about to deviate from a traffic lane. The system helps the car stay on course within the centre of the lane by continuously applying a small amount of countersteering force.
