Charles Hurst Group, Northern Ireland’s biggest car retailer, has announced two new senior strategic appointments to support its growth objectives following a series of major investments within the group over the last 18 months.
Jeff McCartney, who has been appointed as Sales Operations Director, will oversee the company’s sales operation, Franchise Managers and the organisation’s 32 sales departments, ranging from Ferrari to Renault, as well as Usedirect. Jeff joined Charles Hurst as a tyre fitter before moving into a sales role where he gained a wealth of experience across a number of brands.
In another appointment, Andrew Gilmore is now Aftersales Operations Director at Charles Hurst Group where he will oversee the company’s full aftersales operation, encompassing parts, service, tyres and Carsmetic NI, the organisation’s smart repair operation. Andrew joined Charles Hurst as an apprentice mechanic before becoming a service advisor and developing his expertise in this area at a senior level.
