Uninsured Driver Promise
If you make a claim for an accident that is not your fault and the driver of the other vehicle is uninsured, you will not lose your No Claim Discount with us or have to pay any excess. You will need to provide details of the other vehicle, including the registration, make, model, and driver details.
Genuine Toyota Repairs
We will only repair your car with genuine parts† by Toyota Insurance Services approved repairers, looking after your vehicle with the utmost care, protecting any existing warranties.
Applies to Toyota cars only. Excludes windscreen/glass replacement.
Automatic Courtesy Car Cover
Provided by one of our approved repair centres for the duration of the repair. Your insurance cover will be automatically transferred by your local Charles Hurst Toyota centre.

Vandalism Promise
If you make a claim for damage to your car caused by vandalism, you won’t lose your No Claims Discount with us. The incident must be reported to the police and assigned a crime reference number, and the damage can’t have been caused by another vehicle. You will need to pay the accidental damage excess.
