Awful customer service, I arrived at 0820 for my appointment at 0830. I had used the online checkin service which comfirmed my appointment time and the time they expected to have completed the work on my van. I decided to go and get a breakfast and I was gone for 2 hours arriving back at 1030 and I noticed that my van had not moved from were I had parked. I asked what was happening and the customer service person told me they were busy, I received no phone call nor text message or email informing me of this set back so I ask for my keys and left. I would not recommend this company after this undescribable treatment
