Great experience buying a new car from Renault for the 1st time. My sales representative was Justin who could not have been more helpful. I had already placed a deposit with a different dealer however had doubts as I had also looked at an Austral. I went in to have another look and reassure myself I had picked the right car and one week later I was driving off with the Austral from the car showroom. Throughout Justin was very helpful and thorough even helping smooth things over with the other dealer. On the day of pick up, Justin ensured I pretty much knew every aspect of navigating my new car which is brilliant as there a lot more technology in this car than prior cars. Throw in his humour along with his knowledge and it was a great experience from start to finish. Could not recommend Renault Newtownabbey and Justin high enough so a massive thank you to both.

Lauren was an exceptional sales person. My wife and I had no intention of actually buying a Yaris Cross that day. We had an offer for our car from another Toyota dealer and all we wanted to see was an Excel model as the other dealer didn't have one. After approx. 10mins. talking with Lauren, as she expertly explained the difference between the models, we decided to give Lauren our business. She has been friendly, down to earth and excellent in all matters concerning the sale, as was her manager 'Wai'. Thanks Lauren, all the best. I'm sure you'll do your utmost re. finding a hard copy of the manual.

Stephen, the salesman, gave me a number of options to consider as this was to be my fourth Dacia my current one a Duster. The choice was between a used or a new car. He showed me two Dusters with various milage, both would need their MOT in a few months whilst a new model would be slightly more expensive, but was top of the range. I decided to go for the new car and my wife was so happy that she also bought a new Dacia.

Service was excellent . My initial request was sent by email and Andy contacted me immediately and kept in touch when I was on holidays giving me various quotes/ packages etc. I can highly highly recommend Andy and Charles hurst at newtownabbey. Service was second to none and as a result I bought a new Toyota CHR from them. Other Toyota garages I contacted did not compare !
