Not very happy and not impressed. My 5 year service. Booked specifically for service and front break pads and discs. Asked to check tyre valve on 2 wheels. I was phoned and told the car is ready at 15:30 but I didn't collect it until 16:45.When collecting the car, I had to wait another 15 min. I was handed keys like everything was fine and the minute I started the car the message "change oil required" popped on the dashboard. Went back to service and they tried for 10 min and advised me they have issue with their computer and I was told that someone will phone me next day. I have left at 17:30 when the service centre was closing and what was my suprise,when approaching traffic lights I hit the breaks and they did not react. I know about that breaks bedding period as I had back breaks changed year before but this time I hit the pedal to the floor and started to panic. I can't prove it but I suspect led that break fluid wasn't bled and air lock was in the system. Next day car was taken back to the service to remove the message about oil and check the breaks. The car came back with fine but what was my suprise when 2 days later a "service engine message " appeared on my dashboard. Looks like the car needs to go back again. Chose the service to have a guarantee that the car will be done by dealership service and chose them to have original parts. Spent a lot of money and not happy at all

Update 2025: I had the car recently serviced at Charles Hurst Kia. The online booking system worked well and I liked the feedback detailing what actions are required as a result of the service. The online booking system was imadeqaute and self serving. I had my prefered date and time confirmed, made arrangements to accomodate that, only to have it changed by an email message. I flexed to make that change and emailed sating I wasn't happy about that and wanted to speak to someone about it, along with other recent issues I have had with the dealership, when the car was being serviced. I got no reply and no-one spoke to me while dropping the car off or picking it up. Apart from that, the servuce was fine, but I am flagging that my customer experience, whuch goes back over 30 years, is rapidly getting worse.

From start to finish an easy and friendly service from Will Allen. Made buying my car an absolute breeze and was really patient of my slightly hectic schedule! Love the car, loved the service :) thanks again!
