Avoid Charles Hurst used direct they sell cars with broken suspension and no lights then take 6 weeks to sort out the issues after you’ve had to chase them constantly with emails and phone calls and send you half way around the country in and out of garages and make you feel like you’re an inconceivable to them. Oh and then the warranty people refuse to approve the repairs so a senior manager has to over turn the decision. Worst experience ever I’ve not been able to enjoy my new car at all.

Really great service to be honest.. All stages were very smooth.. I even got a detailed video of how the car was getting on. I think it was Chris from service who checked the car but he was really interested and passionate about what he does... The lady on the reception desk was also exceptionally helpful.
