Should you find the same used car or van for less within 14 days of purchase we will refund the difference.

How do I claim?

If you find the same used car or van for less within 14 days of purchase, please get in touch with our Customer Service and Complaint Resolutions Team. Written confirmation of the quote will be required, or the vehicle must be visible on the competitor website.

Terms & Conditions

The comparison vehicle must be a like for like model and manufacturer, in a similar condition, the same colour or colour category, with a similar specification and mileage. The vehicle must be from a franchised dealer.

All our services are offered at the best price possible, using only manufacturer approved parts. Plus, all servicing and parts come with a brand guarantee. We regularly check our aftersales prices to ensure we are extremely competitive. Whether it’s a tyre check or a Service, you can be assured you are receiving the best value for your money.

If you find your service cheaper within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the difference. We match any like-for-like quote on servicing, repairs, maintenance and new tyres within a 50 mile radius using genuine SEAT parts.*
