Even before you get behind the wheel, the new ES is preparing its welcome. As you approach at night, the door handles light up to greet you and the ground beneath the doors is illuminated to help you avoid stepping into puddles. Once comfortably seated in the ES, your passengers will enjoy the relaxing experience of an air conditioning system that discharges minute nanoe® ions into the cabin air to moisturise the hair and skin of all those on board. HANDS FREE BOOT LID* For convenient loading and unloading, the ES is available with a hands-free power boot lid. This can be opened and closed simply by moving your foot in front of a sensor located underneath the rear bumper while you are carrying the smart key. *Available on selected grades and packs. MULTI-ADJUSTABLE LEATHER SEATS* The smooth leather, semi-aniline leather and Tahara leather seats on the new ES are an outstanding example of the highest levels of Japanese ‘Takumi’ craftsmanship. The leather is of impeccable quality and the stitching is executed with immense precision. The multi-adjustable seat mechanism allows various driving positions for a wide range of drivers. *For long journeys, up to 4-way lumbar support adjustment is available on the Takumi grade. IMAGINATIVE TECHNOLOGY MARK LEVINSON® PURE PLAY* The first Lexus to feature ‘Mark Levinson® PurePlay’, the 17-speaker Mark Levinson® Premium Surround Sound system on the new ES features seven shoulder-height Unity™ speakers. These create a listening experience very close to that of a Mark Levinson® home system. The ES also features a 265 mm sub-woofer and Clari-Fi™ Music Restoration Technology, a program that performs analysis of the sound source data to restore just the right amount of elements, closely reproducing the original sounds and bringing the live sound back to life. *Available on selected grades and packs 12.3" TOUCHSCREEN DISPLAY The Multimedia system on the ES has been designed for ease of use and speed. At its heart is the ES 300h’s 8” or optional 12.3” touchscreens. The displays have been angled 5 degrees toward the driver to aid vision and usability. The 12.3” display is equipped with Lexus Premium Navigation with vivid 3D graphics, audio and climate control. Driver and passengers can also use their favourite smartphone apps via Android Auto® or Apple CarPlay®. SAFETY LEXUS SAFETY SYSTEM+ The new ES 300h is equipped with the advanced Lexus Safety System + that is like having your own co-pilot. Utilising a camera and millimetre-wave radar, we added functions such as Emergency Steering Assist and enhanced the system’s lane recognition capability.
