Personal Contract Purchase - Terms & Conditions

Finance is based on a personal contract purchase. At the beginning of the contract the legal owner is the finance provider and at the end of the agreement there are 3 options: (i) Renew: Part exchange the vehicle (ii) Retain: Pay the Optional Final Payment to own the vehicle or (iii) Return the vehicle. Optional final payment not payable if you opt to return the vehicle at the end of the agreement (vehicle condition, excess mileage and other charges may be payable). You will not own the vehicle until all payments due are made. Credit is subject to status. Offer may be varied, withdrawn or extended at any time. This commission is payable to us by the lender (not you) but part of the interest charged to you under your credit agreement with the lender will pay them for their costs, including the commission they pay to us.
